Discusses one of his New England landscapes, "A Connecticut Valley," with Mrs. Evelyn Frichter of Providence, R.I. He describes what the area would look like with the "Merritt Highway" through the middle. Eby donated the print for a raffle conducted by Loyalist Spanish Relief in Boston. A copy of the print is held in Graphics Collection of the Connecticut Historical Society.
